Wellness workshops seem to be pretty popular these days, and I assume it’s because that’s what people are seeking. We ALL want to feel better about ourselves; increase energy, productivity and happiness with the least amount of stress and extra work. My first workshop is on wellness and achieving optimal well-being, but I’m wondering, what else is out there? What do people want?
